Updated Connex bicycle chain wear test results have been released. The 10 speed chain wear test results include the following chains: Shimano CN 6601, Shimano CN 7801, Shimano CN 7900, Campagnolo Veloce, Campagnolo Record, SRAM PC 1050, SRAM PC 1070, SRAM PC 1090, SRAM PC 1090 R, Point SL 101 Ti, Yaban SL 101 Ti, KMC 10L Silver, KMC 10 Gold, KMC 10SL Gold, Connex 10s0, Connex 10s8, Connex 10sX, and Connex 10s1.
Connex 10sX lasted 114 hours and Connex 10s1 lasted 99 hours before they reached 1% stretch, and are the leaders of the 10 speed chains.
Effetto Mariposa Sponsors 1st Indian Cyclist in RAAM

Footon-Servetto-Fuji Rider Takes Silver in Vuelta a la Rioja

Racing with Connex by Wippermann during the 50th Vuelta a la Rioja, Aitor Pérez Arrieta of Footon-Servetto-Fuji, took second place in the 199.5 kilometer event which began and ended in Logroño, Spain. The race, which featured three categorized climbs, was in a full-strength situation for the last 40 kilometers. The team entrusted their success to the longest wearing chains with the highest breaking load in the peloton.
