Our Bicycle Dynamo Lights and Generators help you create your own power for light, while riding your bicycle or bike at night. Why use a dynamo instead of a battery?

- Green. Eventually, every battery ends in a landfill. No batteries needed for dynamo lighting.
- Human Powered. You create the power to drive the bike, and with a dynamo you create the power to light your way. If you use a battery for light, you might as well use a battery to power the bike.
This kit has our top of the line LED front light at 15 LUX. There is a big difference between our 10 LUX and 15 LUX lights. The LED lights have a life span of 100,000 hours, which is a huge amount of night riding. Traditional standard bulbs or halogen bulbs only last about 6,000 hours, depending on many factors.
The rear light is red in color and contains large reflectors. These reflectors can be seen from 170 degrees.
The only Dynamo we include in any of our kits in the HR Traction Power Control. The rubber wheel cuts down on drag and noise that traditional dynamos produce. The rubber running wheel also gives you the option of running the dyanmo on your bicycle's wheel rim instead of only on the tire sidewall. This dynamo produces the same power at low speeds as it does at high speeds, so you don't have to worry about bulb blow out. As soon as the bike starts rolling the light comes on.
Stand Light Feature (4 minutes)
The "Stand Light" feature keeps you from disappearing when you come to a stop. For example, as you are riding your bicycle and you have to stop at a red light, these dynamo lights stays on up to 4 minutes. A very useful feature for human powered dynamo systems.
