Shipping, Backorders, and Returns

Delivery Methods

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours (unless items are on backorder, see below...) via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Rates and transist times are based upon your shipping address.

USA: You can choose to have your order shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or United Parcel Service (UPS). Rates are calculated real time and based upon order weight and destination.

Canada: We cannot ship CarboGrip or CarboMove to Canada. Shipping insurance is added to all orders sent via the United States Postal Service to Canada. Depending upon where you live you may also have the option of shippingyour order via UPS. Rates are calculated real time and based upon order weight and destination.

International: All orders shipped to any destination outside North America are required to be sent Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. All orders will have insurance added to the total cost.

Back Orders

We allow our customers to place items on backorder. All items that can be purchased on a backorder status will be clearly noted as such. The will have a red back order button. In addition, all backorder items will include the future expected shipping date. For example, items available for backorder will have an add to cart button similar to this:

Items that are on backorder will be noted in your shopping cart by *** followed by the expected shipping date.

The date displayed next to backordered items is the date the entire order will be shipped from our warehouse to you. You will not be charged shipping fees a second time on backordered products.

Shipping Cost

We calculate shipping cost based on an item's weight and size, as well as, the shipping address.

To view the shipping cost for your entire order, simply place your item(s) in your cart. You'll see the total shipping cost during checkout.

Return / Refund Policy

Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you receive from CantitoeRoad.com for any reason, return the item(s) within 30 days for full refund, less shipping fees.

BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY PRODUCT - please call us for a Return Authorization Number. Please refer to this number on the return package and in any correspondence related to your return. Please return your product via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number so you can confirm delivery. Returned merchandise should be sent to:
