Shipping, Backorders, and Returns

Delivery Methods & Shipping Policy

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours (unless items are on backorder, see below...) via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Rates and transist times are based upon your shipping address.

USA: You can choose to have your order shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or United Parcel Service (UPS). Rates are calculated real time and based upon order weight and destination.

Canada: We cannot ship CarboGrip or CarboMove to Canada. Shipping insurance is added to all orders sent via UPS to Canada. Depending upon where you live you may also have the option of shipping your order via the United States Postal Service. Rates are calculated real time and based upon order weight and destination.

International: All orders shipped to any destination outside North America are required to be sent Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. All orders will have insurance added to the total cost.

Back Orders

We allow our customers to place items on back order. All items that are out of stock and can be purchased on a back order status. The items in stock will be shipped according to our shipping policy (usually within 48 hours). The back order items order will ship when they become available.

Items that are out of stock are clearly noted as such in the shopping cart. The shipping cart is also displayed when you click the checkout button. Any items in your shipping cart with *** after their name are out of stock and on backorder.

In addition, you may look at the individual product page. Next to the text "Availability:" it will have a number representational of the quantity available -or- it may say "Out Of Stock."

Shipping Cost

We calculate shipping cost based on an item's weight and size, as well as, the shipping address.

To view the shipping cost for your entire order, simply place your item(s) in your cart. You'll see the total shipping cost during checkout.

If you wish to have an item shipped via express mail please contact us for shipping quotes.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you receive from for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date you, can call us for a Return Authorization Number.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Cantitoe Road will offer you a refund, less shipping fees based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Cantitoe Road warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RAN (Return Authorization Number). All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

Cantitoe Road will assess a 20% restocking fee on any opened product or accessory.

Please refer to the return authorization number on the return package and in any correspondence related to your return. Please return your product via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number so you can confirm delivery. Returned merchandise should be sent to: – RA# XXX

Custom Engraving Return Policy

No returns on products with custom engraving. Once your custom text for engraving is submitted and paid for, the text is final. No returns are accepted for misspelling and or mistakes. What you submit and pay for is what you will get on your product.
