CaffeLatex vs. Standard Latex-Based Sealants The biggest difference between CafféLatex™ and standard latex-based bicycle tire sealants is a foaming agent (Actifoam™), that’s activated by wheel movement.

Centrifugal force drives standard latex-based sealants against the outer circumference of the tire.

The CafféLatex™ foaming action causes it to fill the bike tire’s entire internal cavity making it much more effective against sidewall punctures. It also makes setting up bicycle tubeless tires much easier.

CafféLatex™ repairs punctures up to 6mm (MTB) and 3mm (Road), and is ideal for MTB and road tubeless, tubular, and standard tires.
