The following is a little blurb from the November 6, 2008 Road Bike Rider newsletter, which mentions using
Effetto Mariposa® CarboMove to free stuck carbon parts:
"If you're too lazy, can't remember, or sweat like Shaq in the fourth quarter, it's possible to treat the post with something that thwarts bonding. Carnauba-based car wax seems to be a favorite, but we recommend checking with your seatpost's manufacturer or the shop where you bought it. If the worst happens, a promising new product called Effetto Mariposa CarboMove is formulated to free stuck carbon parts."

I was once told the recommended method for freeing seized parts from a manufacturer involved WD-40 and a very long pipe wrench. So better than freeing up stuck parts is using preventive measures to keep them from becoming seized in the first place.
The above quote mentioned using carnauba based car wax, which is made from the surface layer of Brazilian carnauba palm leaves, and is fantastic for waxing your car. A better solution to "thwart bonding" of your bike parts is to use Effetto Mariposa® CarboGrip, which is specifically designed for bicycle parts, and especially great with carbon composites.
CarboGrip is widely known for its ability to prevent part slippage and its great work as a threadlock, but it also has really good anti-seize properties. The waterproof silicon resin of CarboGrip covers thickly but in a thin layer and facilitates smooth clamping of parts. This allows the proper torque and grip to be applied to each part preventing things like the dreaded stuck seatpost or fractured handlebars.
CarboMove can be used to free up stuck parts, but it was also designed to remove traces of CarboGrip. So together the CarboGrip and CarboMove make a great team to assemble and disassemble your bike parts.
