Writing in Bike Radar, Jenn Hopkins from Mountain Biking UK passes out the Caffélatex love, giving Effetto Mariposa's "novel and effective tyre goop" 4.5 stars, saying,
If you’re running tubeless tyres, then you're probably using sealant. Caffelatex is an ammonia-free synthetic latex tyre goop with an added foaming agent. Riding causes bubbles to build up, eventually filling the tyre cavity and helping the liquid coat the inside of the tyre more effectively than standard thin latex.
This means better sealing for small sidewall cuts and scuffs, as well as simpler and quicker initial set-up.
We love it when Jenn says things like that.
