PAINCAKES are gravity-defying cold packs. PAINCAKES feature Stick & Stay technology so you can stick the cold pack where you need it and go. No need for straps, velcro, or tape!

PAINCAKES are delivered in a specially designed pouch that keeps the "stick" sticky.

Chill your pack (and store it) by placing the entire pouch in your freezer.

To Use: Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours. Remove back cover ONLY when pack is cold. Press firmly to clean, dry skin (no lotions or oils, please) and hold in place for 2-3 seconds. Conform and wrap as needed.

Application time: PAINCAKES are designed to retain a therapeutic temperature for 10 to 13 minutes.

To Remove: SLOWLY peel off. Do not twist or pull.

Reusable: Always replace cover on sticky side of PAINCAKE (instruction-side up) and then refreeze. Stick & Stay technology keeps the PAINCAKE sticky for up to 100 uses.

CAUTION:Always test pack temperature before application! Prolonged use may cause injury. For external use only. Do not apply to sensitive skin or open wounds. Not recommended for use on face.
