E-BIKE CHAINS 

Powerful electric motors transmit  high torques to e-bike chains, generating high peak loads that challenge any chain. Chains must be extremely strong and have good wear characteristics. Connex meets this dual challenge with materials and coating processes developed for Wippermann's industrial applications. 

Connex offers 11-speed, 10-speed, 9-speed, 8-speed chains for derailleur-equipped bikes, and 7-speed (1/2 x 3/32) and 1-speed (1/2 x 1/8) chains for bicycles with a single cog. 

Connex chains are the strongest and longest-lasting e-bike chains on the market.

Connex 11sE, Connex 10sE, Connex 9sE and Connex 8sE models feature wear-resistant stainless steel inner links and rollers for extra long wear life. 

NOTE: 7e8 chains will NOT WORK with derailleur-equipped bicycles. These chains are very heavy duty and strong, but because they have bushings (for extremely long wear life) they are not flexible enough to work with a derailleur.
